All you need to know about Titles
From buying a new car, to removing a lien holder, or simply adding someone to your title. We’ve got you covered. Our friendly team can process your titles quickly and have you on your way in no time.
Be prepared by bringing the following when doing a title transaction.
Transfer of Ownership
- Title or Manufactures Certificate of Origin (MCO)
- Title & Registration DMV form (also called form 812). Be sure to fill this form out completely.
- If there is a lien holder listed on the title, a lien release letter OR the lien holder has signed off on the current title.
For Commercial Vehicles
- Title or Manufactures Certificate of Origin (MCO)
- Title & Registration DMV form. Be sure to fill this form out completely.
- If there is a lien holder listed on the title, a lien release letter OR the lien holder has signed off on the current title.
- Your DOT and TIN number
- If your vehicle falls under the 2290 status, a copy of your IRS 2290 filing.
For Reconstructed Vehicles
- Title & Registration DMV form. Be sure to fill this form out completely.
- A VIN inspection will be done on the vehicle at the time of title transfer.
- The notarized reconstructed vehicle affidavit (also called form 811). This form needs to be filled out and signed by applicant.
- Current title. If the title has already been surrendered to the main DMV office, and bill of sale can take the place of the title.
- If there is a lien holder listed on the title, a lien release letter OR the lien holder has signed off on the current title.
For Lost Titles
- Application for duplicate title (also called form 809)
- If there is a lien holder listed on the vehicle or trailer, a lien release letter is required.

All you need to know about Registration
It can creep up on you; renewing your registration. Save time, our team can renew any kind of registration vehicles, boats, RVs, trailers or even four wheelers. We will keep you on the road worry free.
Renewing is easy! Be sure to have the following with you.
- Valid ID
- Plate or VIN number. Or AK number or hull number for a boat.
For Commercial vehicles and trailers
- Plate or VIN number
- DOT and TIN
- 2290 IRS filing if applicable
If the vehicle is not in your name, you can still renew the tags. Title & registration form, will need to be filled out in the current owner’s name that is listed on the vehicle. We cannot give you any information on the vehicle or owner if not in your name.

All you need to know about Lost Plate / Tabs
A plate goes missing, a tab comes off, it happens. We can help with that, a quick and easy process has you out and back on the road in no time.
No plates, no problem! Just have the following with you, when you come in.
All boats, RVs, Trailers, or four wheelers
- Valid ID
- Plate or VIN number. Or AK number or hull number for a boat.
For Commercial vehicles and trailers

- Application for Manufactured Home
- Title

NON-MEMBER, NON-TITLED TRANSACTION: $30.00
NON-MEMBER, TITLED TRANSACTION: $35.00
MEMBER, NON-TITLED TRANSACTION: $20.00
MEMBER, TITLED TRANSACTION: $25.00
VIN INSPECTION: $65.00
MOBILE HOME TITLE (state fee): $100
A 3% service fee is charge for all credit card transactions. Cash, check, debit are all accepted with no 3% service fee.
*These fees are ATA service fees that are incurred on top of all state fees due.
